Renee wants to share with you different methods of
breathing. While wearing a sexy purple bikini, she goes to work inflating
one of her beachballs. She encourages you to watch as her belly expands
and contracts while she's breathing.....listening to the air enter the
inflatable. She shares her ability to inflate her belly full of air
- taking deep breathes in and holding them - slowly exhaling. She inflates
her beachball, fighting it as it gets tighter and tighter to continue to add
more air - even as it's resisting and forcing air back into Renee's lungs and
belly.
