In a room full of 600 balloons, Tyler's mission is not to pop them but to extend the necks out as long as possible. She sits with her ass facing the camera and rides them - working the necks out. Next, Tyler has balloons all over her body, attached by strings to a belly chain and wearing only thigh highs and heels. She uses a pin to pop each balloon until there are no more attached to her body. In the final segment, Tyler pops the remaining balloons using two needles, one in each hand, done as fast as she possibly can until there are no more left.
